Dr. Shayanfar is the aesthetic and reconstructive gynecology surgeon who was able to establish a new method in labiaplasty and put her name as the creator of a new labiaplasty method called "mixed labioplasty" for the first time in the world.

Dr. Shahnaz Shayanfar has several special techniques in the field of reconstructive surgeries of the genital area, which have been presented in his numerous lectures in all parts of the world. She has performed more than fifteen thousand cosmetic surgeries for women and more than a thousand cases of reconstructive surgery and revision of the labia and hood ,specific techniques for opening of the vaginal entrance due to excessive narrowing in the previous operation, which is called reverse perinoraphy

Dr. Shayanfar is currently the only person in Iran who performs minor labia transplant surgery with the highest and most up-to-date technique.

Dr. Shahnaz Shayanfar, after receiving her diploma as the first rank in the province, was accepted in Tehran University medical school in 1988 by ranking 24th in the national entrance exam (konkoor) .she graduated as OB & GYN specialist in 2002 . and since then, by performing more than fifteen thousand different surgeries and gaining a lot of experience, she has completed various subspecialty courses, including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and laser, at the University of Tehran.
